Handling multiple job sites across the U.S . with travel required, you’ll:
Lead high-impact commercial and industrial electrical projects with over 15,000 man-hours per month across multiple job sites.
Supervise 3+ field supervisors and provide leadership for teams of up to 100 employees.
Own project scheduling, quality control, material management, and client coordination from start to finish.
Walk job sites daily, hold weekly safety meetings, and enforce industry-leading safety practices.
Ensure layout accuracy, installation sequencing, and adherence to all specs and safety requirements.
Maintain communication with Project Managers to forecast delays, manpower needs, and equipment demands.

Must have Journeyman License
10+ years of experience in electrical, commercial, or industrial construction.
At least 7 years in a supervisory role and 2+ years as a Superintendent or Senior Supervisor.
Completed at least four full-cycle projects from groundbreaking to close-out.
Strong knowledge of Superintendent duties and electrical systems, with proven ability to lead large teams and meet productivity targets.
Committed to 24 hours of continuing education per year and completion of all Ludvik Leader courses.
