Cape Coral Office Access (Hybrid) PRMG is seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to serve as the preferred in-house lender at a new real estate office opening in Cape Coral this September. This commission-only role offers a rare hybrid model — combining remote flexibility with in-office presence to build relationships with real estate agents and gain access to walk-in referrals. You’ll still have the autonomy to work your own book of business and grow external relationships, but with the added advantage of being the preferred lender at this office. What We Provide • Commission-only model with top-tier payouts • Hybrid structure : remote flexibility + in-office presence for referral access • In-house processing, underwriting, closing, and funding • Fast 24–48 hour turn times • Manual underwriting down to 580 FICO • Scenario desk for challenging loans • Optional full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) • Marketing tools and support to grow your local presence Loan Products • Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo • FHA & VA down to 550 FICO • 0% down FHA • Florida Bond & DPA Programs • 1-Year Tax Return Programs • Construction-to-Perm (One-Time Close) • Non-QM: Bank Statement, DSCR, Portfolio, 1 Day Out of Foreclosure Responsibilities: • Visit the site weekly to maintain agent relationships and support the Cape Coral real estate office • Originate residential mortgage loans from both internal and external referral sources • Advise clients on mortgage products and guide them through the loan process • Collaborate with processors and underwriters to ensure smooth closings • Comply with all state, federal, and company regulations • Maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and community partners Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Active NMLS license • At least 2 years of recent mortgage origination experience • Ability to build and maintain referral relationships • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail • Comfortable with both remote and in-office client interaction • Strong communication and follow-up skills About Company: Founded in 2001, PRMG is one of the largest independently owned mortgage lenders in the country.
