At PwC, our people in property management focus on providing strategic advice and solutions for clients in the real estate industry, helping them optimise their property portfolios and maximise returns. These individuals handle property acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and development projects. In physical security management at PwC, you will focus on confirming the safety and protection of people, assets, and information through the implementation and management of physical security measures. You will utilise risk assessments, security system design, and emergency response planning in your work.

The Opportunity

As part of the Property Management team you will oversee the implementation of security measures that protect our assets and secure safety. As a Manager, you will lead teams in managing complex security projects, leveraging your knowledge to address client needs and deliver substantial results. This role offers the chance to enhance your leadership skills while working with diverse stakeholders to create innovative security solutions.

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Certified Security Project Manager, Certified Access Control System (Lenel Preferred) preferred

- Demonstrating success in managing client needs

- Managing complex security projects effectively

- Exhibiting functional knowledge of physical security systems

- Conducting extensive reviews of security equipment

- Coordinating with various stakeholders productively

- Understanding emerging security technologies and practices

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
