**Position Summary...** **What you'll do...** + Work with talent acquisition, talent management and learning teams to improve the effectiveness and impact of their programs through the development of data-drive solutions. + Develop talent-facing AI applications to enhance the value and experiences of HR programs. + Build predictive models to identify talent trends and learning needs. + Engineer systems to support the work of other data analysts and data scientists on the team. + Collaborate with leaders to align data insights with business objectives. + Design and implement machine learning models to identify talent and help them reach their potential. + Create engaging AI experiences in collaboration with subject matter experts. + Analyze large datasets to uncover the effectiveness or impact of strategic initiatives. + Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. + Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into HR processes. + Ensure data integrity, compliance, and ethical use in all analyses. What you'll bring... + Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. + 5+ years of experience doing data science or advanced analytics for an organization. + Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling. + Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). + Strong understanding of statistical methods and handling large, complex datasets. Preferred Qualifications + PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or related field. + Experience working with talent management teams. + Expertise building applications using multi-agent frameworks (ADK, langchain). + Strong communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
