Our client, a leader in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, is seeking a Creative Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Creative Project Coordinator, you will be part of the marketing department supporting the digital content initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Creative Project Coordinator **Location:** Irvine, CA (Hybrid - onsite 2 days a week, flexible) **Pay Range:** $50-$55 per hour **What's the Job?** + Assist in maintaining the content calendar for kiosk and digital menu board experiences, ensuring alignment with marketing and test calendars. + Coordinate with Brand, Creative, Product, and Marketing Ops teams to support go-to-market plans for new product launches and tests. + Track and organize creative asset needs for in-restaurant experiences, including managing requests through the briefing processes. + Support project management of creative workflows, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of assets. + Communicate with external vendor partners to track creative development timelines and deliverables. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. + 2-4 years of experience in creative project coordination, content planning, or digital marketing; experience in QSR is a plus. + Experience with Project management tool is required + Knowledge on Figma, Jira is requited + Familiarity with creative development processes and digital content production. + Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. + Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
